To investigate all reported incidents of racial discrimination, discrimination (including sexual), harassment & bias (implicit/explicit), including but not limited to:

OUR COMMITMENT
We will respond to complaints within 24 hours of being notified. The first 48 hours of an investigation is critical to achieving an outcome of transparency, fairness and justice.

Decades of playing competitive sports, parenting, coaching, mentoring, and ultimately serving their communities through enforcement, have inspired the founders of JFT to pursue a common goal. Their backgrounds are steeped in leadership, impartiality, and integrity. They are motivated to guide and uphold organizations in maintaining a standard that will encourage and sustain safe and rewarding environments at work and play.
